1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bantubet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bantubet website, mobile platform, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live casino, and promotional offerings.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility Criteria
To open and maintain a player account at bantubet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. bantubet is strictly an 18+ platform and we do not permit access by any person under the legal age for gambling.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.

2.2 Registration Process
When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without return of funds.
You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Any changes to your personal information must be reported to bantubet support promptly. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence to verify any change of details.
2.3 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on bantubet. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared payment methods, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where bantubet identifies duplicate accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed, bonus balances will be forfeited, and any winnings generated from bonus play across duplicate accounts may be voided.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
bantubet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at registration, before making a first withdrawal, or at any time we deem verification necessary:

2.5 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bantubet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bantubet support immediately.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods & Minimums
bantubet accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and international Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by bantubet, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bantubet account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible, in line with anti-money laundering best practice.
- Any active bonus balance attached to your account must have its wagering requirements completed before bonus-derived funds can be included in a withdrawal request.
Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh business hours (09:00–22:00 BST, UTC+6) are reviewed and processed same-day in the order they are received. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. bantubet targets a processing turnaround of four (4) hours or less for standard withdrawal requests that have passed KYC.
3.3 Currency
All player accounts at bantubet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are displayed and processed in BDT. If you deposit via an international card in a non-BDT currency, your card issuer's prevailing exchange rate and any applicable foreign transaction fee will apply — bantubet does not charge its own currency conversion fee.
3.4 Inactive Account Fee
An account is deemed inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bantubet reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts with a remaining balance. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. The fee will not reduce your balance below zero.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Terms
bantubet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket season offers), and other incentive programmes to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page and will form part of these Terms where applicable.
Where a conflict exists between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier (for example, 20x, 25x, or 30x the bonus amount) will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms at the time of the offer.
Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. As a general guide: sports bets at odds of 1.5 or higher typically contribute 100%; casino slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games and video poker typically contribute 10–20%. Exact contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
4.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bet credits expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time limit stated in the specific promotion's terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
bantubet reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and close the relevant account(s) where it reasonably determines that a player or group of players has engaged in bonus abuse. Examples of conduct that constitutes bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer, coordinated play across accounts to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, and exploiting errors or loopholes in promotion terms.
5 Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on bantubet are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market in the Sports Rules section of the platform. In the event of a dispute concerning bet settlement, the relevant sport-specific rules shall apply. Where sport-specific rules do not address a particular situation, bantubet's trading team will apply a reasonable interpretation consistent with standard industry practice, and its decision shall be final.
bantubet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual market, event, or player account at its sole discretion. Stake limits are applied to manage risk and do not constitute any breach of these Terms.
5.2 Casino & Slot Games
All casino games available on bantubet — including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual games — are provided by certified third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. "Manifest error" means an obvious and unmistakable error that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as incorrect. Where a manifest error is identified, affected players will be notified and any stakes will be returned promptly.
5.4 Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and player account tier. Applicable limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of bet placement. bantubet may adjust individual account limits without prior notice where risk management considerations require it.
6 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bantubet platform. A breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
- Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform as a person under 18 years of age.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one player account, whether under the same or different identities.
- Identity fraud: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity in any material way.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
- Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, poker variant, or betting market.
- Arbitrage & matched betting abuse: Exploiting odds differences or free bet offers in a systematic way that constitutes abuse of promotional terms.
- Money laundering: Using bantubet to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in bad faith after playing with deposited funds.
- Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing bantubet staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Platform interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the bantubet platform or its underlying infrastructure.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your bantubet account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform the support team so that we can apply the appropriate self-exclusion or cool-off measures in addition to account closure. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided KYC verification is complete.
7.2 Closure by bantubet
bantubet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) in the following circumstances:
- A breach of any provision of these Terms
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6
- A request from a payment provider, bank, or regulatory authority
- Prolonged account inactivity (as described in Section 3.4)
Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, bantubet may withhold all or part of the account balance, including real-money funds, where those funds are reasonably believed to be connected to the breach. In all other cases of account closure initiated by bantubet, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player.
7.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from bantubet for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests submitted to our support team are processed within one (1) hour and take effect immediately. 8 Limitation of Liability

8.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bantubet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
8.4 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bantubet is incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through our support team will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. You and bantubet both waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in any class action in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms.
